Novacan Black Patina For Zinc

Description

Finish your zinc projects to a lovely black colour. Premixed and ready to use.

For best results, it’s important to prepare zinc by cleaning thoroughly with flux remover and/or rubbing alcohol to remove any oil or other residues from the surface. Because any existing oxidation can contribute to an irregular finish, using brass or steel wool, or a patina buddy to scrub zinc surfaces is also beneficial. After scrubbing, it’s important to rinse surfaces again and make sure they are dry before using patina.
