Shipping is only available within NZ.
Following confirmation of your order, freight charges will be calaculated manually due to the variable nature and packaging requirements of goods. You will then receive an invoice with the freight charges included. If you haven’t received your invoice within 24 hours (don’t forget to check spam/promotions folders), please contact us. All orders are sent by courier and are covered by insurance while in transit until the order is received and signed for. In all cases a signature is required on delivery and should be signed STI (subject to inspection). If not signed STI, you are signing that goods were received in good order and condition. Any apparent damage upon delivery must also be noted with the courier. Failure to meet any of these requirements will render any claim against the supplier or the carrier void. No freight charges will be reinbursed. Deliveries are made ex Nelson during business days only. If any items are unavailable, you will be notified and your order will be placed on hold awaiting further instructions.
**NOTE ** Following covid restrictions and an increase in residential deliveries, some couriers are no longer requiring a signature on delivery and will leave your parcel in a safe place. Please advise in the order notes where you would like the parcel left or you can opt still for the signature required service.
DELIVERY TIME GUIDELINES
South Island – Next day. Allow an additional 24-48 hours for rural delivery.
North Island – Standard delivery 2 working days. Overnight (next business day) or Saturday delivery is available (not all areas) for an additional charge. Allow an extra 24-48 hours for rural delivery. You can specify overnight or Saturday delivery in the order notes on the checkout page.
DAMAGED, FAULTY, INCORRECT OR MISSING GOODS
All freight and packaging charges include insurance cover to your door.
All items are inspected for obvious faults/damage before dispatch. If your order is incorrect or you find a fault/damage with any product it must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery of your goods or no claim will be accepted.
Once we have been notified, the goods should be repackaged with original packaging and a returned to us within 14 days. Upon Villa Leadlights receiving damaged/faulty goods, and your claim is accepted, replacement goods will be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra cost. If the exact products are not available, you will be notified and given the option of an alternative replacement, credit or refund. Any incorrect goods must be returned in resaleable condition, including any original packaging.
If you change your mind in regards to any product, or have incorrectly ordered, you may at your cost send the goods back for refund, exchange or store credit. Upon receiving the goods in original packaging and resaleable condition, Villa Leadlights will calculate any value difference and resend new items. All freight costs incurred will be at your expense.
Any returned products must be received by Villa Leadlights within 14 days of purchase. Goods and any original packaging must be in resaleable condition or no credit will be issued.
Cut to size, special order items, and some items such as glass cutters are not returnable.
Please notify us first before returning goods.
